Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that the price of bookings made online include an additional £0.50 - £1 processing fee. A deposit is required for online bookings. This is non-refundable after 24 hours. Please ensure that you contact me within 24 hours to guarantee a refund of deposit. If you contact to cancel / rearrange your lesson within 24 hours of the lesson you may still be charged the difference. Please ensure that you read your confirmation e-mail prior to your lesson.
